ABOUT KIM VAUGHAN LERNER
Kim Vaughan Lerner LLP was built on a straightforward premise: that a smaller, focused litigation firm, staffed by lawyers who actually try cases, can outperform firms many times its size. We left large firm practice to prove it. More than twenty years later, we have.

We are a litigation firm exclusively. That focus is deliberate. It means every attorney at this firm spends their time doing one thing: litigating and trying cases. The result is a depth of courtroom experience that is rare at any firm size, and nearly unheard of at ours.

Our clients are businesses, from South Florida companies to national and international corporations, who need lawyers that will give them a straight assessment of their case, prepare it as if it is going to trial, and have the credibility to back it up when it does. We handle commercial disputes, employment litigation, insurance claims, and product liability matters across state and federal courts.

We are also a firm that takes its place in the community seriously. Our attorneys have received recognition for pro bono work from The Florida Bar, Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Coast to Coast Legal Aid, and others. That same commitment to doing the work right, whether the client is a Fortune 500 company or someone who needs a lawyer and cannot afford one, defines how we practice.

Our attorneys have been recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, and Florida Trend, and hold an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell. We have been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the National Law Journal, the Miami Herald, and the Daily Business Review, among others.

Kim Vaughan Lerner LLP is a minority-owned, certified MBE firm. Our diversity, of background, perspective, and experience, is not incidental to who we are. It is central to how we think and how we work.
